The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the recommendation of the Collector dated 15.07.2016 (Annexure-3), dated 30.05.2020 (Annexure-5) and dated 16.07.2020 (Annexure6), and also take a decision of the recommendation of the opposite party no.2 dated 09.08.2016 (Annexure-4) with regard to transfer of the mining lease for Red-Oxide in village-Dangini and Tamil under Muniguda Tahasil of Rayagada district from Sri Ramesh Mediratta to BJSS Mines Private Ltd. within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-7 series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-3 to 6, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes

of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7 series, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexures-3 to 6, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
