Keeping in view the nature of dispute, this Court while adjourning the matter to 17.01.2022 directed the Additional Government Advocate to take instruction on the development of Annexure-6 series. Today on his appearance, Mr. S.P.Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that for the defective address disclosing therein in Annexure6 series, they are unable to take instruction.
