This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 2nd July, 2005 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No. 292 of 2003, which was filed to execute the order dated 4th July, 2000 in Criminal Proceeding No. 410 of 1995 filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

The matter was listed on 16th September, 2005, but none had appeared to pursue the matter. Thereafter the matter was listed on 3rd January, 2006, 25th January, 2010 and 16th May, 2019 but none had appeared on behalf of Petitioner to pursue the matter. 4.

It appears that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the RPFAM.
