This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Mr.Panda, learned AGA submits that in the meantime, process of election is already commenced and there has been some decision on the objection being raised by the Petitioner involved herein and there is also an attempt to communicate the decision of the competent authority to the Petitioner.

It is keeping this in view, when there is already a decision involving the objection of the Petitioner, the Petitioner will be required to go through the decision and if advised may file a properly constituted Writ Petition. With this observation, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March,
