For pendency of the Writ Petition, even after there is grant of interim stay of further proceeding in Regulation Case No.21 of 2010 since 26.10.2010, in filing counter affidavit through Paragraph-12, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that in the meantime there is conclusion of such proceeding and in restoration of the disputed land in favour of the Scheduled Tribe Member. For this development, this Court finds, the Writ Petition does not survive and stands dismissed. The Petitioner, if so advised, may avail other remedies available. Interim order dated 26.10.2010 passed in Misc. Case No.16983/2010 stands vacated.
