Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Since the impugned order was passed by the learned Ad hoc Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Rourkela, the appeal against such order lies to this Court. In such view of the matter order dated 18.01.2022 is hereby recalled. Further it is directed that it is open for the Petitioner to move the appropriate Bench for appropriate interim order.

The interim order granted earlier shall continue for a period of two weeks from today. Learned counsel for the Petitioner shall take appropriate steps within the aforesaid two weeks. Thereafter the interim order shall stand automatically vacated. RKS ( A.K. Mohapatra) Judge
