This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court is of the opinion that since the Petitioner is already superannuated from service, he cannot retain the quarters merely on the premises of nonsanction of retiral dues. It is, at this stage of the matter, Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes on behalf of the Petitioner to vacate the quarters in question within a period of five weeks hence. In such view of the matter, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs, in the event the Petitioner submits an affidavit within a period of one week hence before the Opposite Party No.2 requesting therein to accommodate him for five weeks for vacating the quarters in question, the Petitioner shall not be disturbed for five weeks at least. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy,
