This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not want to press this application in respect of the Petitioner no.3. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn in respect of Petitioner no.3. The ABLAPL is now confined only to Petitioner nos.1 and 2, hereinafter referred to as 'the Petitioners'. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 4.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in Bansada P.S. Case No.299 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.683 of 2019 pending on the file of J.M.F.C., Chandbali within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.
