This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.
Heard Mr. K.K. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.S. Rao, learned counsel, who usually appears for the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with a direction to the Opposite Party to accept the online/offline application of the Petitioner for Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTET, 2021(2nd) as she has fulfilled the eligibility conditions meant for recruitment to the post of Classical Teacher (Sanskrit). Further grievance of the Petitioner is that while she was attempting to submit her application online mode, the system did not accept the said application. Since due to restriction she apprehends, she is not able to file online mode within the stipulated time. As such, it is prayed that she may be directed to submit her application offline at the office of the Opposite Party. 4.
Mr. S.S. Rao, learned counsel appearing for the Board of
// 2 // Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack submits that the Petitioner can submit her application by online mode as system is designed to accept such application form and there is no problem with the system. He further submits that the acceptance shall be subject to Petitioner's satisfying eligibility criteria as laid down in the advertisement.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Petitioner to submit her application by offline i.e. office of the Opposite Party and in the event the Petitioner submits her application at the office of the Opposite Party, the same shall be accepted by the Opposite Party and the Petitioner be allowed to participate in the examination i.e. Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTET, 2021(2nd). 6.
However, it is made clear that the result of the Petitioner shall be subject to Petitioner's satisfying other eligibility criteria as stated in the advertisement.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Office Order dated 7th January, 2022.
