1. Heard Mr. K.C. Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellantsclaimants and Mr. S.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2-Insurance Company.

2. It is submitted that the Appellant No.1-Parbati Patra died on 29.1.2019 and rest of the Appellants, viz., Appellant Nos.2 to 5 are the only surviving LRs.

3. As such, the name of Appellants No.1 is deleted and the compensation amount as directed by this Court be disbursed among Appellant Nos.2 to 5 on such terms and proportions to be decided by the learned Tribunal. The order of this Court dated 28.9.2022 is modified to this extent and rest of the said order remains unaltered.

4. The I.A. is disposed of.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
