1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner has filed this contempt petition assailing the inaction of the opposite parties in regularizing the services of the petitioner and in giving the salary of Gana Sikshyak where similarly placed persons have been regularized. In view of such facts, the petitioner approached this Court in W.P.(C) No.18260/2020, which was disposed of vide order dated 16.09.2021 directing the opposite party-contemnor to reconsider the matter within a period of three months from the date of receipt of that order. However, the present opposite party has not yet passed a reasoned order as directed by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner approached the said authority along with the order of the Court soon after the order was passed. However, the authority has not yet considered. The petitioner failed to show this Court regarding of the representation she has given to the opposite party-contemnor nor

// 2 // could she show the receipt or postal details of such representation she filed.

4. In view of such facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the present opposite party along with this order and the opposite party shall comply with the order passed on 16.09.2021 within a period of fifteen days of the presentation of this order and result thereof be communicated to the petitioner, failing which he shall be liable for contempt.

5. The CONTC is disposed of.
