This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the petitioner claims for payment of final bill, which is pending before the authority, with regard to Agreement No. 81P1/2014-15 for renovation of Training Hall at KVK Bhanjanagar, Ganjam under RKVY 2013-14, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he is so advised.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
