Heard the submissions of the respective counsel. 2.
Even though this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order, however, considering the readiness of the Petitioners in the matter of offer for alteration of the land and looking to the affidavit at the instance of the Petitioners disclosing their offer of choice plot and further considering that such affidavit is required to be considered by the competent authority, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Revenue Officer to look into the request of the Petitioners through the affidavit submitted herewith and do the needful within a period of ten days from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioners. This order, however, needs to be complied with provided the sealing surplus land is not distributed to landless persons in the meantime.
