that the Plaintiff has already withdrawn the suit. However, the Petitioner has applied for certified copy of that order and he is yet to get the same. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the matter for having no cause of action surviving but however with liberty to the Petitioner, in the event the suit still survives, to revive the Writ Petition.
