This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 09.04.2012 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Daspalla in ICC No.15 of 2012 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has taken cognizance under Sections 294/323/354/506 IPC against him.
3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.
4. It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.
5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution but liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of charge.
6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
