2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the proceeding in connection with Criminal Misc. Case No.63 of 2011 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2011. Defects pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.
