1. The amount involved in the present petition, which challenges Order No.

an order passed by the Authority under the Minimum Wages Act, is insubstantial. Consequently, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

2. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The impugned order shall not be treated as precedent for other cases.
