The petitioner has filed this writ petition alleging misappropriation of the cooperative society. He further seeks direction to the opposite parties to consider his representation within a stipulated time.

This Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the opposite parties to consider the representation of the petitioner. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
