1. According to learned counsel for the Appellant, involving the same acquisition proceedings, the Supreme Court has already passed a judgment in The Executive Director, v. Sarat Chandra Bisoi, AIR 2000 SC 2619, following which another learned Single Judge of this Court has given a detailed directions in The Executive Director, NALCO Ltd., Angul v. Prasanna Behera, 106 (2008) CLT 174.
