This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 14th March, 2008, passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.446 of 2005, whereby the Opposite Party has been directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.1,500/- per month to Petitioner No.1 and Rs.1,000/- per month to Petitioner No.2 till her marriage with effect from the date of application, i.e., 25th July, 2005.

Since none appears to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
