This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

On oral prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, he is permitted to implead Director, Secondary Education as Opposite Party No.6. He is permitted to carry out the correction in the office. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that he approached the authority seeking transfer from Chandbali Block to any School of Bhadrak Block on the ground of his daughter's 80% disability.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although he has represented to the authority, no action has been taken by the authority till now.

Mr.Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department submits that no such representation filed by the petitioner is pending for consideration in accordance with law. 6.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

// 2 // considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ application with a direction to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Director, Secondary Education, Opposite Party No.6 within a period of two weeks from today along with an authenticated copy of this order. In the event such a representation is filed, Opposite Party No.6 shall consider the same in accordance with law within a period of one month and shall dispose of the same by a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within one week thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
