06. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Roy, learned counsel for the Appellants and Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2.

3. This appeal has been filed challenging the order dtd.30.06.2001 passed in E.S.I dispute Case No.10 of 1997 passed by learned Addl. District Judge -cum- E.S.I. Court, Rourkela.

4. It is submitted by Mr. Sahu that similar issue raised by the Appellant in M.A.793 of 2001 was rejected by this Court by dismissing the appeal on 21.01.2015. The said fact was not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the Appellants.
