This Court vide order dated 07.04.2005 issued notice to the opposite parties by speed post directing the petitioner to file requisites on 08.04.2005. But till date no requisites have been filed. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant adjournment.

On perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the rejection of tender for execution of work as per Annexure-1. Since the tender is of the year, 2005, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
