Kripal Alloys Steel (P)Ltd., Bargarhv.State of Odisha represented through Commissioenr of Sales Tax, Orissa), the impugned assessment order in the present case which was not issued till five years after it was passed, is hereby quashed.

2. The writ petition is allowed. No order as to costs.
