Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Revision filed vide R.P. No.188 of 2002, a question involving sale deed of 1965. In bringing the litigation appearing to be under Section 15(b) of the Orissa Survey Settlement Act. Petitioner also accompanied the limitation petition to condone delay almost seventeen years. Looking to the nature of proceeding being a proceeding under Section 15(b) of the Orissa Survey Settlement Act, this Court finds there should be time bound attempt and thus there is no infirmity in dismissing such application for itself being highly belated stage. 3.
In the circumstance, this Court finds there is no ground exists to entertain such Writ Petition. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
