2. The petitioner is the wife-L.R. of the borrower-Zafar Ali Khan (since deceased) who had defaulted in making payment of installments due in Account No.10509023685 towards the loan raised from State Bank of India, Stressed Assets Recovery Branch, Madhupatna, DistrictCuttack.

3. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Bank states that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the loan account has been closed/settled for Rs.7,71,257.00 on 24.08.2013.

4. In view of above submission, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
