This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 30.04.2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Paralakhemundi in G.R. Case No.314 of 2011 wherein the learned S.D.J.M. has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A/323/506/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act against him.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since a talk of compromise is going on, this matter may be adjourned to another date.

Since this case is of the year 2012, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order as there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order, but
// 2 // liberty is given to the Petitioner to approach this Court if the compromise has been reached in the meantime and if a joint petition for quashing the proceeding on the ground of compromise is filed.
