1. Mr. S. N. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties has placed before this Court a letter dated 13th February, 2018 of the Tahasildar, Basta stating inter alia that the payment of compensation on the basis of the land Register plots has already been paid to the land owners, which has been mentioned in Annexure-5 of the writ petition as sabik plots.

2. In that view of the matter, it is stated that no fresh notification is required for acquisition of such sabik plots.
