This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 30.10.2010 passed by the learned Ad hoc Addl. District & Sessions Judge, F.T.C-II, Cuttack in Criminal Revision No.41 of 2009 confirming the order dated 18.08.2009 passed by the learned S.D.J.M (S), Cuttack in ICC No.1069 of 2009 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Sections 494/323/506 IPC. 3.

This case is of the year 2011. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.
