Learned counsel for the State submits that the final form has been submitted as mistake of fact.

In view of such submission, this Criminal Misc. Case filed challenging the quashment of the proceeding as well as the F.I.R. in connection with G.R. Case No.739 of 2015, arising out of Bondamunda G.R.P.S. Case No.11 of 2015, pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Panposh at Rourkela, has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of as infructuous.
