Mr.S.K.Pradhan, learned counsel for the Appellants files a memo in Court today, which is taken on record. It reveals from the memo that since long the brief has been taken away by the Appellants from him for engaging another counsel.\ Record reveals that no such developments have taken place by engaging any other counsel by the Appellants. The Appeal which is of the year 2012 is lying on the board without being admitted.
