This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 1st December, 2015 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Narasinghpur in I.C.C. No.79 of 2015 under Annexure-4.

It is stated that complainant in the meanwhile having been died, the Petitioners will approach the court concerned for appropriate order.

In view of the same, giving liberty to the Petitioners to approach the court concerned for appropriate order, this Criminal Misc. Case stands disposed of.
