1. This appeal questions the correctness of the impugned order of the learned Single Judge regarding applicability of the amended Rules in relation to Rehabilitation Assistance. The issue is pending before a Larger Bench of the Supreme Court.

2. Issue notice to the Respondent by Registered post with A.D. returnable by the next date. Requisites be filed within four weeks. Tracking report be placed on record. There shall be stay of the impugned order till then.
