The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Baripada-Opposite Party No. 4 to lease out Ac.0.25 decimals of Government land from Plot No. 1093 under Khata No. 189 situated in Mouza- Debendrapur under Baripada Tahasil in the district of Mayurbhanj to establish a Dairy farm. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served if the Petitioner files an application before the competent authority in Form-1 under Rule 5(2) of Odisha Government Land Settlement Rules, 1983 for settlement of the aforesaid Government land. 4.

He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 5.

Considering such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
