This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 8th March, 2010 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar in I.C.C. Case No.4128 of 2007 wherein the prayer under Section 91 of Cr.P.C. of the Opposite Party-Complainant has been allowed with a direction to the Petitioner to produce the Return and Balance Sheet for the financial year 20032004 and assessment year 2004-2005 before the Court. 3.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called.

The defect is yet to be removed.
