1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner points out that a decree of divorce has already been passed in the matter. It will be open to the Petitioner to bring this to the notice of the trial Court when the matter is taken up there.

2. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
