None appears for the Appellants when the matter of the year 1997 is called. This was also the situation on earlier occasions when the Court had provided opportunities to the learned Counsel for the Appellants by directing for relisting of the matter. Inspite of that, the situation has not improved. 3.
In the above state of affairs, the Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
