1. One of the grievances made in the present petition is that despite applying way back on 20th October, 2009 for a certified copy of the order dated 27th January, 2007 of the Tahasildar, Soro granting an ROR, a certified copy thereof has still not been supplied to the Petitioner, thereby disabling the Petitioner from challenging the order of the Tahasildar by way of an appeal. In paragraph 15 of the reply filed by the Opposite Parties, it is stated that certified copy could not be prepared for want of court fee.
2. In the circumstances, it is directed that the Petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.250/- towards court fee with the Tahasildar, Soro (Opposite Party No.6) on or before 4th April, 2022. The certified copy of the order dated 27th January, 2007 in SRF Case No.19 of 2006 be supplied to the Petitioner on or before 11th April, 2022 in which event, it will be open to the Petitioner thereafter to challenge the said order of the Tahasildar in accordance with law by filing an appeal on or
// 2 // before 22nd May, 2022 along with an application for condonation of delay citing the reasons for the delay on account of pendency of the present writ petition. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. A certified copy of this order be produced before OP No.6 within one week from today for compliance.
