This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Lalbag P.S. Case No.191 of 1994 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1263 of 1994 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Sadar, Cuttack.

This case is of the year 2014. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
