This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioners for anticipatory bail.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. case No.1440 of 2021 arising out of Bargarh P.S. Case No.613 of 2021 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bargarh for commission of offences punishable under Sections 498-A/294/313/34 of I.P.C. read with Section 4 of D.P. Act.

It is submitted learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in-laws. There shall be omnibus allegations against the present petitioners are concerned.

Considering the submissions and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioners shall be

// 2 // released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
