This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of C.P. No.30 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Boudh to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court directs that C.P. No.30 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Boudh be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh. Both the Courts shall do

// 2 // the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. Learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months of receipt of the case record on transfer.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
