This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Petitioner is one of the partners in M/s.

Jambubati Filling Station, Badahal, Dist-Keonjhar engaged in business of retail outlet of petrol and diesel.

By filing the present Writ Petition, challenge has been laid to the notice issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, whereby the Punjab National Bank, Keonjhar Branch has assumed symbolic possession of the secured asset on account of initiation of recovery process under the SARFAESI

// 2 // Act due to default in payment of installments of a loan availed by the partnership firm.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous in view of the loan account having been settled.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
