None appears for the Appellant when the matter is called. This was also the situation on the earlier date, i.e., 18.11.2022. It being informed by the learned counsel for the Respondent that the sole Respondent is dead since October, 2000, record reveals that no step with regard to the substitution of the legal representatives has also been taken. 3.
