1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode.
2. Mr. Khuntia, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties states that a detailed and speaking order dated 30.04.2022 has been filed by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government in compliance of the directions passed by this Court on 20.11.2013 passed in W.P.(C) No.12913 of 2005. He has filed a compliance affidavit as well. The delay in passing the order is regretted. He further submits that the petitioner, if still aggrieved, can seek his remedy in accordance with law against the order dated 30.04.2022.
3. In view of the above, the CONTC is disposed of as infructuous.
