Heard Mr. A.K. Chhatoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel.

Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 19.06.2018 passed in O.A. No.1150 of 2018 in Annexure-3, the instant writ petition has been filed for compliance of the aforesaid order.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner and without issuing notice to the opposite parties, it is directed that let the opposite parties comply with the direction dated 19.06.2018 passed by the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar Bench, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.1150 of 2018 in Annexure-3 within a period of three months, if the same has not yet been complied with in the meantime. 5.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
