1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner points out that the Petitioner purchased the land in question by a Registered Sale Deed on 11th June, 1982 whereas the impugned order was passed by the Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Bhubaneswar in Lease Revision Case No.846 of 1998 on 28th July, 1998 cancelling the lease granted in favour of the Petitioner's vendor. Admittedly, such order was passed without notice to the present Petitioner.

2. On the above short ground, the impugned order dated 28th July, 1998 of the ADM, Bhubaneswar is hereby set aside and the said Revision Case No.846 of 1998 is restored to the file of the ADM, Bhubaneswar where it will be listed on 26th September, 2022. The Petitioner will appear before the ADM, Bhubaneswar on that date along with a downloaded copy of this order.

3. The ADM, Bhubaneswar is requested to proceed with the aforementioned Revision Case and dispose it of in accordance with law after hearing the Petitioner within a period of four months thereafter.
