Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Even after sufficiency of notice of the L.Rs. as reported by the office of this Court on 11.04.2018, nobody is appearing for Opposite Party Nos.5(b) and 11(d).

The Writ Petition is filed simply on new grounds on showing to be existed right in favour of the Petitioner by virtue of civil Court judgments. Undisputedly such facts has not been brought to either the authorities involved herein. For there is series of orders with confirming view by all concerned and the Writ Petition involves surprising ground, this Court cannot enter into new ground at this stage. As a consequence this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
