1. A compromise petition has been relied on which can well be presented before the trial court with an application.

2. There is no reason to quash the proceedings here particularly since the Opposite Party No.2 is not appearing.

3. With the above observations, the present application is disposed of. The interim order dated 15th September 2011 passed in the present petition stands vacated. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch to immediately communicate this order to the concerned subordinate court.
