This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard Mr. J.K. Rath, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party - Corporation.

It is submitted that the writ petition has been filed challenging the order of termination of the Petitioner from service. In view of Section 67-B of the Cooperative Societies Act, the State Cooperative Tribunal has jurisdiction to adjudicate the issue. 4.

Keeping in that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the Petitioner to approach the State Cooperative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar along with liberty for filing an application for condonation of delay. In the event such an application is filed by the Petitioner, the same shall be considered liberally by the learned Tribunal and the delay may be condoned
