This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner to transfer C.P No.66 of 2021 from the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi to the court of Judge, Family Court, Sonepur on the ground that there is no male member to accompany her to attend the court at Bhawanipatna regularly. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Opposite Party-husband has filed a petition for a decree of divorce in the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi and since the Petitioner-wife is staying at her parental home at Sonepur and there is no male

// 2 // member to accompany her to attend the court at Bhawanipatna, she has prayed to transfer the said petition to Sonepur. 5.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to transfer the aforesaid case to the court of Judge, Family Court at Sonepur, but directs that C.P No.66 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi to the court of Judge, Family Court, Bolangir. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid order, this TRP(C) stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
